There is no enforcement mechanism attached to the EO. + Funding isn't even conditioned upon abiding by it. = A toothless EO from a gutless POTUS
Trump's policing Executive Order is meaningless. Since day one he's used racially charged rhetoric all while rolling back efforts to root out racism in policing and virtually abandoning police misconduct investigations. We need real reforms. Pass the Justice in Policing Act now.

We need more than reforms. Historically speaking, reform hasn’t done *that* much. Especially when the police are those who abuse power and then are expected to reform themselves. Budgets are disproportionately channeled into police and reductions are made for public programs.
