I'm at a loss as to why rental companies want to evict tenants right now, or why any bank would foreclose on a formerly-reliable mortgage payer. We're in a crisis. The sensible option is to keep your tenants/homeowners; there aren't many lining up to fill the empty spaces.

Most landlords still have mortgage payments they have to make regardless or the banks will take their property. I do agree with u... but congress needs to address this so the tenants and landlords are protected..
