I will keep repeating, a ban on sexual contact between cops and prisoners or people in custody. Please include that provision
Right now there is no national ban on chokeholds or no-knock warrants in drug cases. The Justice in Policing Act would change that.

There are a lot of laws on that issue we just need people that can enforce them judges and prosecuting attorneys is what we need. To Enforce the laws.

The chokeholds that kill people are already illegal. This ban would not have saved George Floyd’s life. We need more than this.

They are not banned in all states. Creating a national law would prohibit states to allow them.
