Yes..I am from Farmington, NM. I have Native friends . One of my friends Uncles was the Incident Commander of the Navajo Nation. He said the Native American supplies were ok, then the Government took all the PPE away from them when NY and WA broke out. 4 of her close friends died
Our federal government is once again failing our Tribal and Native communities. Do not look away from this tragedy. I’m continuing to push for additional funding for Tribal and Urban Indian Health facilities. It’s a shame that this country uses groups of people to their advantage and then forgets about them. Navajo code talkers, Tuskegee airmen, Japanese Americans 442 Regimental Combat Team. These people served their country while being discriminated against.
