66 years ago Brown v. Board was decided and it changed the trajectory of my life. Without this decision, I likely wouldn’t have become a lawyer or eventually be elected a Senator from California. Remember, the direction of the Supreme Court is on the ballot in November. Vote.

Given a choice between a past tense segregationist and a present tense one, I think the choice is clear. I'd vote for a moldy turnip before I'd vote to re-elect the current occupant of the White House, so I might be a tad biased.

I started yelling “SCOTUS” in 2016 but nobody listened. Even more important now. Actually our democracy is on the ballot in November.

We lost the court for 15 years in 2016. We will lose it for another 30 if we fail this time.

Don't forget the dozens (hundreds?) of LIFETIME federal judicial appointments as well. They can cause generational harm to millions of people. Trump and GOP Senate have already pushed through many unqualified judges to serve for next 30+ years. We can't afford more.
