That didn't happen. She created diversion and anti-recidivism programs for non-violent offenders as DA and AG. You can go to OpenJustice, a database she created as AG to see how incarceration rates went down. Don't buy the propaganda.

Possible that Vitamin D levels may relate to resistance to COVID19. POC need MORE Vit D than Caucasians. "Vit D deficiency correlates w poor sunlight exposure, increasing age, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity & ethnicity. All associated w ncreased risk of severe COVID19."
