The Senate must pass my Marijuana Opportunity Act to legalize marijuana at the federal level and expunge non-violent marijuana-related offenses from the records of the millions who’ve been arrested or incarcerated. Too many lives have been ruined by these regressive policies.

Yes. Here in
#Nevada we legalized marijuana years ago. It is time to legalize it on a federal level, and help the thousands of people currently in jail for something that others are now profiting off of. -

Harris is asking to change the laws so AG/district attorneys don't have to prosecute. As it is, their job is to prosecute the laws. All of them, not just the ones they like.
