Trump should have used the DPA to increase production of masks, swabs, PPE and other essential medical products in early February... when he shipped our mask stockpile to China. Even if the pandemic didn't hit us as hard as it has, we'd have been able to assist other countries.

I'm not bothered that Trump assisted China in early February at the height of the pandemic there; it was the right thing to do (though it's unclear whether Trump did it for the right reasons). I'm VERY bothered that Trump did NOTHING during February to prepare the USA.
