We spend so much time rightfully honoring health care professionals but we aren't adequately honoring the grocery store cashiers!! They're also on the front lines in a way.

Remove the middle man IE Businesses and go straight to the workers, at that point you will be able to help them. Trusting that a business will make the correct decision was a MAJOR MISTAKE on the last bill you passed. History shows businesses only care about $$$
