Trump can cover up a lot of things. Body bags isn’t one of them.
Trump has the power to use the Defense Production Act to order the production of more masks and ventilators. He says, “we don’t need it.” Tell that to the nurses and doctors reusing masks. Tell that to the patient who needs a ventilator but can't get one. We need it.

I have a bag of used surgical masks and one N-95 in my locker out of fear that at some point, they’ll run out, as we’re already rationed one for a whole shift at this point. And my hospital is forced to share PAPR hoods among staff which is, obviously, completely unsanitary...
