I agree but I ask the question, what about truck drivers? We're on the front lines as well most of us receive a 1099 at the end of the year meaning we are not entitled to workers comp or unemployment. In my 25+ years of driving OTR I have never once received vacation or sick pay.

Aren't we? I have a brilliant couple come once a week and of course now is paid time off. Why would I expect them to come to work when we are being asked to stay home? And why would I take away money they and I have already budgeted for? You'd have to be an ass to do that.

NH State is covering our unemployed workers but there isn't any testing. Please please please get us testing. We need testing so we know who, where, when! PRIORITY ONE!

Thank you for recognizing how precarious life can be for those we rely upon most. I worry for my friend Sharron who works as a home health R.N. She has no health benefits and no assurances from her employers (she works 2 jobs) of assistance should she contract the virus.
