How would you advise a person who became injured with a spinal cord injury as an adult, a mom, who can no longer work & people who are thought to be friends couldn’t deal with the injury, to make new friends? Sometimes, disability puts us at a disadvantage to making new friends.

It's hard but sometimes and we have to find new friends. Start small with maybe someone that shares a hobby. Or make online friends here. There really are nice people running around in the cesspool.
