What Senator Harris is really saying here is that unless the trial is handled the way the Dems want and the outcome is what the Dems want, this trial will be considered unfair and thus the 3 ring circus will continue... seems fair!

You mean like they handled the Clinton Impeachment with witnesses and evidence? Can you be the judge in any trial I am unfortunately the plaintiff in?
