The real determining factor is fatherless homes in the black community.

That’s not the determining factor. First the father must be functional and productive. Second, the mother must be the same. Third, there must be sufficient economic opportunity that both give their best efforts to pursue.

Choosing the low compensating career of a teacher is a privilege that frankly, black families without generational wealth cannot afford. Pay teachers respectable wages and erase their student loans if the goal is to help these young students.
