Her work as AG decreased the number of convictions. She wasn't the governor. She didn't have the power to pardon people.

Did we release all the people caught selling booze during prohibition?

If we didn’t, we should have, so long as they weren’t convicted of violence surrounding illegal sales of booze.

Look, I’m in favor of legalizing pot at the federal level and releasing the folks convicted for it, but I’m not so sure about this promise of “first in line for those jobs” business. Seems a bit over the top as a campaign promise.

IL passed this for 2020. Nothing like making sure hood & hippy folks run pot shops. I find it stereotyping & insulting! Same communities are packed w/ bars, gas stations, corner shops & liquor stores to pump in booze! Intentionally designed for people to fail & stay dependent.
