I think you are a great candidate but I don’t agree with extending the school day. Teachers are already understaffed and overworked and still underpaid. Address those issues first, then talk about extending the day. Good luck on your campaign.

Note:“school” can mean the learning process OR the physical building/campus. The plan is for the building/campus to remain open & teachers don’t have to be there past 3. The plan includes either hiring folks for after school, or the teachers pickup up extra hours if THEY want to.
