Many parents have a hard time leaving a 5 year old home alone for 2 hours while they finish their work day. For kids a bit older, sure.

It’s a start, but let’s also work on making sure parents have shorter hours to begin with, we’re very overworked in this country compared to other industrialized nations

Putin has a great plan. Maybe she should check his economic birth rate growth and the last 5 yrs incentives...which include dads who can stay home with thier kids if moms chose to work or make more money than the dads.
