Here’s an idea: when the police officer says put your hands up, do it. Put your hands up! Don’t delay. They are as afraid as you are.

If a cop holding a gun at an unarmed woman is just as afraid as an unarmed woman with a gun pointed at her (inside her own home)... then that cop probably shouldn't be working in the field.

Unless it’s a “No knock warrant”, there was no reason for the officers not to call out; “Ft Worth Police Department, is anyone home”. She would’ve responded accordingly..This is unacceptable, pure and simple
