1M+ people are living with HIV, which disproportionately impacts gay & bi men, trans women, & people of color. My Administration will fight to repeal outdated & discriminatory federal & state laws that criminalize HIV status. We will end this epidemic in a generation.

The HIV epidemic will only end when one of two things happen. A change in human behavior regarding safe sexual practice/medical RX compliance or the virus mutates into a less virulent form.
