I have the GI bill and should have been able to go to college debt free. I have 20k in student loans because I needed childcare to attend classes.

You know all these plans like free college, free child care, etc just means the taxpayers are paying for these things. One thing is guaranteed is that when taxpayers pay the costs go sky high.

How will that work? You want to cap the amount a family spends on child care? ALL families? Who will pay for it? Will families that sacrifice so a parent can stay home be subsidizing wealthy families where both parents choose to work, have new cars, go on exotic trips, etc?

Yup... They will
