  Cedar Rapids has fabulous restaurants! Enjoyed a delicious dinner there with my son three years ago, while on a college-visit trip. It was only a week or so after the city was flooded (sandbags still in evidence on sidewalks), but the restaurants seemed not to have missed a beat.
