Please name your source when quoting statistics. That would be presidential and responsible. Also, by this logic, having 3 black teachers will guarantee black students college admission. Shall we do the same for white/asian/latino? How is this not racial segregation?
If a Black student has a Black teacher before the end of third grade, they're 13% more likely to go to college. If they have two Black teachers before the end of third grade, they're 32% more likely to go to college. Investing in public education and in HBCUs matters.

If a black student has two responsible, lovable parents, who devote attention to their child, and are a strong family, despite the ethnicity of that teacher, if the same attention is afforded in school, THAT child will accomplish everything they desire!

I had a very diverse class. 1961, Black teacher, Italian teacher, all through kinder-12. San Francisco area.
