A recent poll shows that, despite the fact that farmers are suffering horribly as a result of the tariffs, 81% of them still support Trump. It's hard to have sympathy for people who willingly vote against their own self interests and the interests of our country.

The hell with the polls! Go interview a few farmers and get real info. Most of my moms family run or operate farms and other that the flooding this past spring nothing has changed for them. 26 different farm with 6 different types of product. But I believe what polls say.

Many farmers did so last time. If not a majority of the voters. Not everyone votes so the share of population voting for Drumpf is lower than appears. They re suffering. Suicides among farmers are way up. Let's not turn our backs on them.
