I love this plan. I left my job in the criminal justice field to become a teacher. I’m a second grade teacher in a Title 1 school and I spend lots to get my classroom where it needs to be. I’m loving my job but I’m surprised at the basic things that weren’t provided to me.

Yes, they probably have advanced degrees that they invested tons of money to get. This salary level would be in line with other private sector career earnings.
