Some prisoners absolutely need solitary confinement! For the safety of everyone

Physically separating a dangerous inmate is one thing. Isolating them with no human contact for 23 hours out of the day is a recipe to produce an even more disturbed individual.

but which keeps civil asset forfeiture for ”international” organisations (everybody), sentencing reform only for ”non-violent” offences (i.e., white people crimes), eliminates the ”disparity” between crack and cocaine penalties (but doesn’t stop drug prosecutions altogether)

doesn’t overturn FOSTA-SESTA or legalise sex work, doesn’t remove QI for judges and prosecutors, keeps sex offender registries in place, doesn’t end the legalised harassment of parents of free range children or reign in CPS abuses, and doesn’t eliminate the bail system
