What I like most about your plan is, well a lot! 1st it challenges issues & corruption in the CJS. Then it identifies issues causing incarceration. Next, it addresses life after prison. Kamala, this is more than a plan to reform the cjs, it's a way to take our community back.
We can’t pretend that our criminal justice system exists in a vacuum. Too often, we task this broken system with addressing all of a community's problems when there are decades of underinvestment in schools and public health. We must invest in our communities.

Completely agreed. That was aimed squarely at African Americans and it's ruined 2 generations pf mostly young men.
