That amounts to state sponsored torture.

I am a nurse and any medical professionals that were there and ignored her, need to lose their licenses NOW. This makes me so sick.
-
Unfortunately I dont think they have any licensed professionals anywhere in sight. Their goal is to torture ppl.

Hate to say it but she was better off birthing alone. She probably would’ve died in the hospital from people ignoring her concerns and introducing interventions. I mean hello look at the US Maternal mortality rates for births in hospitals.
-
She got and undisturbed intervention free, fear mongering free, and coercion into unnecessary cesarean free birth. Most of us women won’t get that in a hospital. Which is why homebirths and unassisted births have been on the rise.

I once witnessed the same thing at an initial appearance in a Magistrate Court. Luckily, she made it to the hospital in time to give birth. But. my disgust of the Magistrate and the arresting Troopers never abated. And never will.

"The inhuman treatment of detained pregnant women cannot be ignored. " It's also not unintentional. It's existential at this point
