My school district has over $30 million in the bank. No reason teachers should be using their own money to buy school supplies. The school Administrators and Boards are the problem.

my district superintendent makes $400k a year, my teachers make $95k after bonuses and stipends. i have seen my district superintendent once in 12 years of schooling.
