Do they work the same jobs, same hours, same education, same skill set, etc? Not disputing that there may be a pay gap, but when these factors are taken into account it narrows significantly. Stop sensationalizing everything.
Black women are paid just 61 cents, on average, for every dollar paid to men.
That equates to about $946,120 lost in a lifetime for a Black woman who works for 40 years. Corporations must be held accountable and close the gap. #BlackWomensEqualPay

Seriously? Do they have the same time on the job? The same experience? The same education? NO ONE starts at the top, not even women, even if they are brown. I know I didn't, but then I didn't spread my legs like peanut butter either.

I guess that almost all, if not all, the black women that I know, do not fit your profile. I’m happy for them, not resentful. They deserve to be paid well, I deserve to be payed well, we ALL deserve to be paid well.

The problem is that politicians would rather be divisive amongst their constituents, instead of shining the light on the real problem. => The banks and corporations getting cheap money on the backs of taxpayers & then misallocating those funds to make themselves richer!
