My 82 y.o. dad is on Medicare. He had a seizure but his primary Dr can’t figure out why. So now he has to wait SIX WEEKS to see a specialist. NO sense of urgency! And YOU want that for Everyone? No thanks!

Where have you been living? That is what you call America. Insurance or not. Surprise bills are what happens when you go to the doctors, regardless!

ER visits are particularly unique. Multiple entities, not just the facility itself, but other offsite entities, can legally charge patients for not doing anything. I see it all day everyday and it is flat out wrong.

Why is it that parents to children or grandparents to grandchildren are recognized as relief from having your property tax reappraised upon death but sibling to sibling is not even if one of the siblings did everything to support the other?!
