Do you have disability seating at your rallies? I would absolutely love to come to one of your rallies, but I can’t stand in line. How can we get involved? Because you have my vote so far Senator.

She does! I was at her rally in Spartanburg, SC and she had plenty of accessible seating.

There needs to be an enforcement mechanism for the ADA. Right now, the only way to get compliance is to sue. The GOP House last year tried to even take that away. Far too many businesses are still inaccessible, 29 years after the law was passed.

No enforcement and non-compliance across the board. And don't forget about the IDEA Individuals with Disabilities Education Act!

Yes, including people with invisible illnesses. Not all disabilities look the same.

The current trend of websites using low contrast text and pictures that look like text limit access to people with low vision.

Thank you. It’s not that hard to support people with disabilities. It’s much harder to impede them. And it is not good for the cruel just as much as for the victim

Children with disabilities in K-12 are being denied their legal right to a “free & appropriate education” under the “Individuals With Disabilities Education Act” & section 504. Schools often don’t follow IEPs or provide services. Lack of compliance & accountability. Plz help.
