Ms.Harris, 3 detectives from the Memphis police dept came to see me yesterday, with shocking news: because of DNA testing, they have found the person who raped me in 1992 and 5 other women thereafter. He is now incarcerated. Bravo to those detectives in Memphis!!!
As California’s Attorney General, I made clearing the backlog of 1,300 untested rape kits at state-run labs a top priority — and we got it done within my first year in office. I announced a plan to dedicate that same focus on the national level.

My rapes (military) were nothing compared to the helpless anguish I feel as my family member is INCARCERATED for heroin addiction. What he did harmed no one; he tried to get help. Harris fought cannabis legalization and was very tough on addicts in CA, *for political ambition*.
