No to Medicare for all. The issue is big pharma. Regulate big pharma and corrupt MDs. That’s what u need to do.
We must right what is wrong with public health policy and pass #MedicareForAll.
We must pass my maternal mortality bill so Black women are taken seriously when they arrive at the doctor.
We must treat access to clean drinking water like what it should be — a fundamental right.

Exactly!!! I saw a Dr & had 2 prescriptions filled in Canada as a tourist (at a walk-in Saturday clinic) and only paid $40!!!!!!!!!!!!! The pharmacist asked, how do Americans afford medical care & meds?

look at the Canadian healthcare system, we have healthcare for all....BUT we also allow people to top up the healthcare coverage through private insurance companies by anyone who wants to ...it does NOT have to be an either/or ...

I'm with Nancy Pelosi on this issue. Medicare as is will leave working class w/large bills. It leaves some seniors in debt. It first needs improvement. 20% of a large medical bill will bankrupt many & keep them from going to see doctors. It also needs some type of vision/dental.

Everything isn’t about Race and from that example I’d say you left out the main reasoning ppl receive crappy care in that bill ~ it wasn’t race ~ it was the crappy government insurance there biased against. My wife who is white experienced the same thing in TN w her first 2

Here are just a couple of my fears with Medicare for all. (Hubby has it and it’s great right now). 1. Bureaucrats will determine my level of care. 2. Taxes will have to go up to pay for it. Reply??

With Medicare for all, up to half of all hospitals will close because Medicare doesn’t provide enough payment to hospitals to keep them open. Hospitals rely on commercial insurance to subsidize what Medicare doesn’t cover!!
