The reason for this is because Biden still gets far more support from the black demographics than Harris does. The irony is that Harris celebrates voluntary segregation in this ad, which is what HBCU’S are. I’m not against them, but there is an inconsistency.

HBCUs are not segregated. They are open to all. You may need to talk with more astute people before professing such inaccuracies.
