Love you Kamala but citing stats in this fashion is unfair. "My 10 year-old cousin's team has won their league every year since 2016. They have never lost. They won a match 36-0 once. THEY SHOULD BE PAID MORE THAN THE USA MEN TOO"

I think these women should get paid more but it's complicated. There's just not as much money in the women's game, unfortunately. The last Men's world cup drew in $4 billion and the last Women's world cup drew something like $73 million. We need to grow the women's game!

It's not about who's better. It's about who brings in more money. Men's team still brings in more in ticket sales, merch, sponsors, etc. Would be stupid to pay the women regardless of how much better they are, equal to the men if men generate far more revenue.

Actually, research has shown the women's team brings in more revenue than the men's team. So, there goes that theory!
