Can they make it a four-day week 
Unions gave us the five-day work week, paid sick leave, safer working conditions, and the 8-hour work day. Unions fight for working people, which is why I fight for them.

Sorry society doesn’t function on an 8 hour work day anymore. I was in a union once, they took too much of my pay and I still only made minimum wage and had no choice if I wanted to be a member or not. That is not free speech at all.

They are good. But let’s not ignore their issues & the need for them to be fixed.

The way to fix them is be in one and involved in the inner politics/issues. Kinda like our country right now.

Unions are the only way for working people to have a voice at work. We spend all our lives working and we deserve to have a contract that outlines our working conditions, wages, and benefits. Unions guarantee pay equity among men + women. Our country *needs* a rebirth of unions

People dont get this. Says it creates “outsourcing” cheap labor. But those companies that can’t hang with the big boys and play by the rules shouldn’t be allowed to play at all.
