Stop describing it as “access to abortion”. This is an attack on a woman’s bodily autonomy. This is an attack on an individual’s autonomy to determine what is in their best health, family, financial, and community interest.

Many of the Southern Democrats aren’t much better than the GOP down there: they court the same evangelicals, and they not uncommonly vote with Republicans in Congress, so no surprise here that the Louisiana Dem governor signed that awful bill.
