In a Nutshell Mueller: “If we had confidence that the president had committed a crime, we would have said so,” so ....... “Charging the president with a crime was therefore not an option we could consider.” End of story !! Case Closed!
What Robert Mueller basically did was return an impeachment referral. Now it is up to Congress to hold this president accountable. We need to start impeachment proceedings. It's our constitutional obligation.

The country was never divided in such a way that is now since Trump stole his way into being president. There are much more racial violence in the US since he became president and the division between parties became broader with the coming of Trump.
