Maybe I'm wrong but I think part of the problem is the outrageous cost of healthcare in this country, and the fact that not everyone can afford insurance. Prenatal care is mandatory for all pregnant women.

Prenatal care SHOULD Be Mandatory for all Pregnant Women, but it's Not ,Some People Never have seen the Doctor ,Some Women Get Pregnant and Never go to the Doctor because They Don't Have Insurance !
