I’m a retired Exec ... thinking about 2 engineers that worked for us (yes, one male, one female). Similar experience ... we paid her MORE as she outperformed. This plan will end that as we’d have to account for the opposite. In the real world, budgets are complied to.

Women should study in the fields required for those higher paying jobs. (Most of us are not interested) Employers pay women for work. (A lot of women love to stay home caring for their kids) Wage gap is baloney.

I've got news for you: most Americans have to work extra hours to pay off their student loans (regardless of gender). I had to make all sorts of sacrifices to get extra money in the past year so I could finally pay off my student loan.

My daughter just texted me. She graduated Saturday with her master's in social work and had a job working for the school system. She was fired before she started because the federal government decided to cut mental health funding to schools. She has $80,000 in student loans.

FYI women's social security benefits are based on their years of getting paid less then there make counterparts. So SS is less in retirement. Women continue to get screwed.
