Other countries value midwifery. We have Ina May Gaskins right here in America; let’s listen to her.

Yet in Georgia they just authorized a doctor to complete a procedure that doesn’t exist at the detriment of the mother’s life.

The willfully ignorant won’t know what you are talking about. But, I completely agree with you. These Supposed leaders don’t care what they say, even if completely ignorant and false, as long as they keep the Anti-choice vote.

Does the health system deserve the entire brunt of this travesty? I’m thinking education and poverty may be the more significant underlying factors.

Persistent biases, wow, now we're biased against black women in health care! When it's approaching 80% babies born out of wedlock with most mother's being a young teen, how about some strong birth control measures that would reduce pregnancies and abortions! Ignorant stuff!

I’m not a WOC but I almost died in childbirth 2x. My second child did die simply bc they did not listen to me. They ignored my screams for help and of pain. When I told them I was passing out they told me “you are just anxious sweetie.” I was losing blood and my child.

I am so sorry. I know your pain. Grief and love that never ends. No one listened. Hug from my core. You were betrayed.
