Let’s make Medicare work first for the elderly. Why should they even have to pay for health ins.? They paid all their lives into it. They earned the right to be cared for with dignity. All Americans need universal health care. Let’s make this work!!! Massachusetts did!
Health care is a human right. It shouldn’t matter where you live, how much money you make, or whether you have a pre-existing condition. It’s incumbent we make that right a reality with Medicare for All.

I think she's intentionally being vague to give herself wiggle room. If she's seen as too 'incremental' (i.e. realistic) she loses the far left. If she's seen as being too 'disruptive' (i.e. it'll never happen) she loses the moderates.

Let's look at this Kamala, we have the ACA now. Let's use intelligence by all means here. How do we strengthen ACA, then move in to a Medicare for all? Do you mind explaining how that happens? We are all ears, and I clean my ears daily! We are listening! How will that happen?

You start with a Medicare buy-in program. People can choose it if they want to or stick with their existing plans. Competition ensues and will likely cause the private plans to be more effective and affordable or they go away.
