Kamala, go back and try again. 1) Min. wage jobs aren’t intended to supply a living wage to families, and that SHOULDN’T be their role. 2) Basic econ teaches us that as wages increase across a population, so does the cost of living. Soon $15 won’t be enough for you either.

If minimum wage had simply kept pace with inflation since the 1970s, it would be over $22.00 an hour by now.

Absolutely. Made even more necessary by the 5% exporting OUR jobs with purchasing power and keeping the savings for themselves.
