I live in NH. The Repubs have been in control here for a long time. With our constitution we should be the most free state in the Union. We're not. It's a thinly disguised police state. Carpetbagging Christian Dominionists hold many political/ bureaucratic positions. #BeFree

This is totally false. Democrats control the state house now. It switches back and forth .

NO, it isn't. Out-of-staters should NOT be voting in
#NH elections. The votes of ACTUAL Granite State citizens are being suppressed. WHY to you support that? - 35 more replies

So Kamala, you are advocating voter fraud? Having non residents voting in state/federal elections is a criminal act. I am also sure you would be ok with these “students” voting in NH in person while also voting absentee in their home states where they should be voting.
-
If you go to school in a state and live there while you go to college you are living in the state and therefore a resident. You just don’t want college kids who won’t agree with your vote to be allowed to vote. If it were kids who’d vote repub you’d be screaming about it.

Ah, here we have another attempt at voter fraud... this time brought to us by a presidential candidate and a sitting member of Congress. We vote based on our residency; if we reside in one state and attend college in another, we vote in our residency state, plain and simple.
-
Residency can change during college. I had loads of college classmates who did this because it was actually easier for them to vote in presidential elections than to obtain absentee ballots because their former states had voter suppression laws.

Rudiculous! What is wrong with ensuring that people vote legally? Every college student has an ID or license. Why are they being suppressed? Are you advocating illegal voting?
