If every person counted, then you would have cared when an illegal alien murdered Kate Steinle, one of your former constituents. SCOTUS will affirm the citizenship question in the 2020 census & California will lose House seats.
Adding a citizenship question on the U.S. Census is a blatant attempt to suppress immigrant families from being counted in our nation. Congress must pass the Every Person Counts Act to ensure the integrity of the census is protected.

Or, how about we count the # of citizens & non-citizens in the country, and then representation in the House only counts for the # of citizens residing in a State. That would knock CA & NY down a couple notches

Bingo! Counting non-citizens provides advantages to liberal states. It exposes their hypocrisy. It isn't about helping people, it's about building their power base.
