Absolutely Mrs. Harris, remove MJ from the Controlled Dangerous Drug Schedule Completely. States should tax and control, use and sales as they do alcohol.
Marijuana laws have not been applied & enforced in the same way for all people. Too many lives have been ruined by these regressive policies and while more states are moving to legalize marijuana through ballot initiatives, it is not enough. Let's be CLEAR, THE WAR ON DRUGS had nothing to do with drugs. The real purpose was to incarcerate POC on low level drug offenses to enrich investors and legislators tied to FOR PROFIT PRISONS.

I never thought I would see the end of the war on drugs, but the momentum has finally built to the point where legalisation of weed is a serious policy for a serious candidate for the Democratic nomination. So happy.
