Be careful. Many of those studies compare apples to oranges. A stillbirth counts as infant mortality in the U.S. Other countries don't include that in their statistics. However runs your Twitter feed needs to do their homework.
The U.S. has the worst rate of maternal deaths in the developed world. But it is even worse for Black women. We must address the role implicit racial bias plays in our health care system.

Right except that there's a disproportionate problem affecting black women. Meaning that achieving human rights goals requires special attention to be paid to the most aggrieved. It's not complicated
