Also, and I NEVER hear any candidate mention this, is that they need to promise, if elected, to change Marijuana from a Schedule 1 drug down to the lowest category, (Schedule 3?). That Schedule 1 classification is invalid and does not apply to marijuana!

In order to “legalize” cannabis it has to be removed from the Schedule 1 Tier. It’s implied and also in every bill presented to Congress & the Senate re: legalization.

Also need to keep the marijuana industry as an exclusive black owned industry. It's not reparations for slavery nor is it for Jim Crow but it helps off set the number of black families destroyed from the so-called "War On Drugs".

I like that you're trying to come up with a good idea and solution for balancing our society, but I don't think it is legal to designate a a racial group to exclusively lead an industry like that.
