There are plenty of options. There are many people that can't have kids, due to medical reasons and such, that would love adopt.

What if she can't afford prenatal care and delivery, our current healthcare system is not good. Even with insurance it's expensive, but let's make a woman bear a child she doesn't want and can't afford because others may want it.

I found out I was pregnant at 9 weeks. The pregnancy was not viable (no heartbeat, brain or limbs at 11 weeks), and I was in danger of getting gestational diabetes and of bleeding to death with an inevitable miscarriage. Abortion is basic health care for women.
