Didn’t Trump do justice reform, the same one that Obama tried to pass? 
America must legalize and regulate marijuana. Then, we need to expunge nonviolent marijuana-related offenses from the records of the millions of people who have been arrested and incarcerated so they can get on with their lives.

$46.3 billion would go back into our economy annually and opioid addiction would reduce by 26% and over populated prisons would be able to accommodate real criminals.

These conservative numbers predict a first quarter of just over 10 billion. Canada's first quarter in Cannabis taxes was over 4.5 Billion suggesting the US first quarter would look more like .. 40 billion. Then there are the J.O.B.S created (AND they also pay taxes). It's time.
